Bafra - Visitor reviews

Rating:

I came to Bafra on a business trip to check out residential and commercial properties that are up for sale in the area.  The city is growing by leaps and bounds, and their government is getting set to brand the city for both commercial and residential use.  People here are polite and the amenities were excellent.  I can’t tell you much more about the city since I didn’t get a chance to really see it.

While the beaches are beautiful, white sand and clean water, the rest of the Bafra region of Cyprus leaves a bit to be desired.  The hotels are expensive and one of them caters to high rolling gamblers, but they are clean and chock full of amenities that you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere.
Until they bring in a bit more as far as attractions go, a day at Bafra would probably be enough.

Rating:

Bafra has some of the best beach front property and the two hotels located there are new and modern.  One of them is even built to resemble the Artemis Temple.  We didn’t stay in the hotels there, but at a self-service rental villa which was even nicer, as it stepped right onto the beach.

If you are looking for a five star accommodation, the Kaya Artemis Resort & Casino is the place for you.  You can do a little gambling, a little beach combing, and a little relaxing all in one quiet and lovely spot.  I give the Bafra region of Cyprus two thumbs up.

The Turkish government is investing in this beautiful area of Cyprus by leaps and bounds and already the economy is thriving.  The sandy beaches here are a welcome change to the dirt and litter covered beaches of home, and the Artemis Resort’s staff is friendly and very accommodating to your needs.
